Do you remember Joe Ellis the Chemist in Shawfield Road?

We have four of his medicine bottles on display in the museum. The two green glass hexagonal bottles contained "surgical sprit" and "liniment". The large clear glass bottle was marked "quinine" and the small one contained a "Strong solution of peppermint".
