Thomas Braime

Thomas Braime is buried in El Alamein War Cemetery, Egypt

Thomas Braime was born in Yorkshire in 1914. He was based at Waterloo Barracks in Aldershot in 1933 and married Dorothy Margaret Standing from Wyke. They lived in Wyke Avenue 1934-1938. In 1939 Dorothy M Braime, born 25 June 1912, lived at 7 Grange Cottages (now 14 Winchester Road) and was a general cafe assistant. Dorothy was remarried in 1944 to Henry Pugh, and the 1939 register records her change of name.
